Overview
Texas Student Media Services, LCC, dba, Off-Campus Housing Source was established in 1982 as a niche media/marketing group specializing in the university student market in Dallas/Fort Worth and the Denton area. Our primary focus is the Off-Campus Housing Source website and publication at The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Our platforms are “Denton Specific” and we are proud to claim them as Denton’s #1 source for university students and employees looking for off-campus housing. Our media platforms (website and publication) are provided in cooperation with Auxiliary Services and Off-Campus Student Services, both Divisions of Student Affairs at The University of North Texas. These platforms are available to both students and employees alike to facilitate their search for off-campus housing in the greater Denton area.

An Off-Campus multifamily database has been assembled in the Greater Denton and surrounding areas for university students, incoming international student and staff to conduct a “criteria” search for conventional apartments, off-campus student living communities, duplexes and individual houses. This website is responsive and in turn, can be accessed from all media platforms ( desktop, tablet and mobile ).

Publication
During the calendar year, approximately 20,000 copies of the Off-Campus Housing Source guide are printed for exclusive campus-wide distribution. A Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer issue will be produced and an addition 1,000 copies will be produced as a supplemental issue for the UNT Housing Fair hosted by UNT Housing & Residence Life, A Division of Student Affairs. Each semester provides our advertisers with numerous branding opportunities at the University of North Texas via our campus-wide Outdoor, Academic Building, Residence Hall and Dining Service distribution locations on both the Main and Discovery Park campuses. Our distribution rack signage program is effective, flexible, cost efficient and most importantly exclusive!
